The Department of Education provides information for parents regarding Schools’ Complaint Procedures and this information may be accessed using the link below.
All complaints must be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out below - procedures which were agreed between the Irish National Teachers' Association (INTO) and the Catholic Primary School Managers' Association (CPSMA) in 1993.
It is anticipated that revised procedures will be published in spring 2023.
